Number of guests limited to the number of guests booked unless organised by prior arrangement with the property manager, Karen.

Noise restrictions between the hours of 10:30 pm and 7:30am. We ask our guests to be respectful of our neighbours and understand that noise travels easily in quiet and waterfront locations.

We ask that our guests keep themselves nice and be respectful of this lovely property. Please put your recyclables and rubbish in the bins at the top of the driveway as you depart.

Close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.

Check-in is after 02:00pm.

Check-out is prior to 10:00am.
